Digital Print Lamps

Fordways Products are pleased to be able to offer a comprehensive, cost-effective solution to replacing lamps in digital printing machines.

While it is possible to replace the lamp only, so saving on the cost of a new cartridge, this can be a false economy. Other parts of the cartridge degrade over time, for example the reflector becomes less efficient and can lose its shape once the old lamp has been removed. The quartz glass windows can become contaminated with printing material which absorbs energy and heats the system rather than dries the ink.

Our solution therefore is to replace the complete cartridge, which includes lamps and reflectors plus the option of also replacing the quartz windows.

In so doing the entire optical system in the printer is returned to as new condition.

Our replacement cartridge pack contains:

A high quality replacement lamp cartridge
A pair of cotton gloves
A 3mm Allen key

Quartz windows can also be included in the pack if required.
